Gen Image Studio — Terms of Service

Gen Image Studio (“the tool”) is operated by 8 O’Clock, LLC (“the company”). The tool is private and internal: it is used solely by the company to publish original video content to social media accounts the company owns. It is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to anyone else, and there is no way for a third party to register for or authenticate to it.
Permitted use
Use of the tool is limited to the company and its operator. The tool may only be used to publish content the company itself produced, to accounts the company itself owns.
YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it, its operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Authorization granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.
The tool does not consume, aggregate, redistribute, or display YouTube content or data belonging to anyone else. It accesses only channels the company owns, and only to publish the company’s own uploads and confirm their status.

What the tool stores, and what it does not, is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The tool is provided for the company’s own internal use, as is and without warranty of any kind. Because it has no third-party users, it grants no rights to, and creates no obligations toward, anyone outside the company.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the tool changes. The current version is always the one published at this address.
